Crisp, varietal aromas of white stone fruit and lemon, with oak spice and mineral notes adding complexity. Layers of grapefruit, lime curd and toasted oak spice. Fine, elegant tannins are integrated beautifully, carrying the complex flavours through to a long, crisp finish.

"This is surprisingly nutty, in a really great way. It's cashews, it's pine nuts, it's toasty sweet vanillin oak... This is saline and slinky; the fruit (although present) is very much secondary to the work, and it drinks beautifully for it. Creamy and sophisticated."
