How often do I receive my wine order from Jilyara?

Twice a year, you can also pick up from our gorgeous little Cellar Door on 3057 Caves Rd, Yallingup.


I like to buy extra cases from the Margaret River wine club, how do I do that?

Simply place any extra orders by logging in to your account. You still get 25% off on all cases. You can also pick up your wine at the Cellar Door or have it delivered for free Australia wide.

How do I manage my wine club of the south west subscription?

Sign up directly via the website, from home or with our help at the celler door, please follow the on-screen instructions to create your online account and manage your subscription.
This is your own personal, secure subscription account. 
Simply make your future selections, change delivery address and any payment details from this portal. 

When will my subscription of Margaret River wine club be sent?

Your first subscription will be processed and the wine will be despatched within the next four business days. You can request a specific date for your first order to be dispatched if you like.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the wine to travel to your door.
For subsequent delivery, you will receive a notification email seven days prior to the six monthly anniversary of your last order. 

Please then log into your account and check if you like to make any amendments to your wine selection, and to check that your payment and delivery details are correct. 

We cannot accept responsibility when your wines do not arrive promptly or if you have entered the wrong address.

How do I change my choice of wines between subscription orders?

Simply log into your account via the website, view & edit your choices.  Please remember subscriptions are multiples of twelve or two Wine Hive Favourite set case.  Whatever you choose will be sent the following six months unless you log on and change your selection.

Can I skip a scheduled wine club delivery from Jilyara?

Yes, we offer this flexibility once you have received two Wine Hive deliveries. 
You will receive a reminder notification a week before your subscription processes. This would be a reminder to log onto your account and skip the delivery. 
The system will send a notification seven days before the next six month delivery, (after the skipped order), that the next subscription is due.

Why can I not Checkout? 

It might be because the purchase needs to be a minimum twelve Jilyara bottles or the value must be over $240. Order in lots of dozens.

What happens if my credit card is expiring?

You will receive an email 14 days before the expiration.  If this coincides with your next delivery of wines , you will have 7 days to enter the new details before the next subscription is created.
If your card fails to process 8 times, the delivery will be skipped and you will be notified six months later.

What if there is insufficient funds on my payment card?

If your card fails to process 8 times, the delivery will be skipped and you will be notified six months later.  If you add funds to the card within the 8 times of trying, it will charge the subscription in the following 24 hour period.

Are my credit card details secure?

Yes, the subscription app uses Stripe Payment Gateway via Shopify Payments which is PCI compliant.  Our company do not have access to your payment details, and therefore we are unable to update your payment information.

How can I cancel my Wine Club membership?

We understand that sometimes you need to make a change, so after two deliveries or twenty four bottle purchase, you are free to cancel. 
Please let us know why you are cancelling so we can look after you better next time.
You can rejoin anytime if you miss us too much.
