Oh yes Malbec. It is mid ferment and looking incredible this year!
Jilyara Malbec 2025 will be a stunning vintage. Thanks you to our talented winemaker Kate Morgan we will soon have more Malbec to savour.

Last week, we picked our Merlot and Cabernet for the Rosé, which is showing a stunning pale hue with delicate strawberry and cherry notes. 
A small portion of the juice has also gone into barrel—just enough to enhance texture and complexity while keeping the fruit’s bright vibrancy front and center.

Bursting with its signature tropical fruit notes and fresh acidity. 
Fermentation is nearly complete, and once both the tank and barrel portions are fully dry, they’ll be blended and settled into a full tank.
