With Christmas and New Year's out of the way, let's see what's happening in January!

School holidays comes to an end, as does Australian Open, it's another Australia Day, it's Maria's birthday.

Let's make a Pavlova and pair it with bubbles. It's perfect!!

If you fancy making one, there is a great and easy recipe on recipetineats.com (its Sydney based and Nagi does her own food bank).

Just want to decorate one and eat it as soon as possible? Buy a pavlova shell. If it breaks in the transport, don't worry you'll cover it in loads of fluffy whipped cream and fruit, no one will know!
