How often do I receive my wine order from Jilyara?

Twice or four times a year.
You can place additional orders and receive the same discount.
Pick up any number of bottles at Cellar Door 3057 Caves Rd, Yallingup and always save your club discount.


How do I sign up to one of The Hives?

You sign up by ordering in the club. Simply start  HERE


I like to buy extra cases from the Margaret River wine club, how do I do that?

Place any extra orders by logging in to your account and receive your club discount.
You may also pick up your wine at the Cellar Door.


When will my subscription of Margaret River wine club be sent?

Your first subscription will be processed and the wine will be despatched within the next four business days. You can request a specific date for your first order to be dispatched if you like.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the wine to travel to your door.

For subsequent delivery, you will receive a notification email seven days prior to your order being sent.


How do I change my choice of Jilyara wines between subscription orders?

Simply log into your account via the website, view & edit your choices. Whatever you choose will be sent in the following shipment unless you log on and change your selection. 

Can I skip a scheduled wine club delivery?

Yes, we offer this flexibility once you have received two club deliveries. 

You will receive a reminder notification a week before your subscription processes. This would be a reminder to log onto your account and reschedule a delivery. 

The system will send a notification seven days before the next delivery.

 

Are my credit card details secure?

Yes, the subscription app uses Stripe Payment Gateway via Shopify Payments which is PCI compliant.  Our company do not have access to your payment details, and therefore we are unable to update your payment information.
