Honeycomb Corner Cabernet Sauvignon | Wine Hive
Awards & Reviews:
The Wine Pilot - Ray Jordan - 92 points
"I have to say that this is a mighty impressive cabernet for this price. Bursts from the blocks with a hit of blackcurrant and a little coffee and cracked seashell complexity. The palate is medium bodied but with generous deep flavours. A mix of blackcurrant and regional bay leaf add further. It’s a classy defined and expressive cabernet. Cellar 8 years."
Saturday Wine Column - Max Crus - 9.4/10 points
"You're tempted to find some honey flavours in this but alas not so much. However a current of deliciously fragrant blackcurrants is not a bad alternative. You can almost taste Margaret River in this, indeed that's exactly what you taste, I guess."

This wine is dark red in colour with a scarlet hue. Rich & inviting nose of bramble fruits, violets, and tobacco leaf with notes of choc mint. A full and juicy palate with cherry, blueberry, blackcurrant, and hints of candied violets. Fine tannin and bright acidity provide structure and length to this generous, fruit driven wine.
